DAY 4 ATLANTIC OCEAN: APT have been battling out toward the South rowing 13 nautical miles in the last 24hrs - 2 pairs 3 hours on and 2 pairs 3 hours off.

They are preparing for tougher conditions on their way with high gust winds due in the coming days and a weather trough and choppy seas that won't be able to be avoided. They have only experienced wind of up to 5 knots so far and it is anticipated over the coming days for this to reach 30 knots. By now sleep deprivation is kicking in and they are being advised to proceed with thoughtful uncertainty.
