Day 39: ATLANTIC OCEAN: APT are celebrating reaching the 500 miles to go marker, and although happy with the 17 mile gap between 1st and 2nd position in their class they are not resting for a minute.

The team are dreaming of arrival on Saturday afternoon in Antigua as their personal target and they are fixated on only two things - where Row 2 Recovery are and what drink to have first. Current issu es relate to the heat of the sun and it's fierce rays making the already punishing rowing regime even harder, in particular for Henry who has now disappeared under a mountain of hair. The cabin has been renamed the sweat box and they are not taking any chances on their position (and do not wish for a shark encounter) by taking a dip to cool off.
